1. The Session

Client is hiring Alexandra Mohamadi Photography (“Photographer”) to provide professional photography services for the agreed-upon date, time, and location.
The Photographer agrees to perform these services personally and to the best of her professional ability.

2. Payment & Retainer

A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the session fee is required to reserve the session date.
The remaining balance is due immediately after the session.
Session dates are not held until the retainer has been received.
In the event of illness, severe weather, or emergency, the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge within 90 days.

3. Cancellations

If the Client cancels for reasons other than emergency or severe weather, the retainer is forfeited.
If the Photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions, all monies paid will be refunded or the session rescheduled at the Client’s discretion.

4. Creative Direction

Client acknowledges that artistic style and creative discretion are integral to the Photographer’s work.
While specific poses or ideas may be requested, final composition, lighting, and editing decisions rest with the Photographer.

5. Editing & Delivery

Edited images will be delivered in an online gallery (via Pic-Time) within 3–4 weeks of the session date.
Photographer does not provide RAW or unedited files.
Gallery download links remain active for 60 days unless otherwise arranged.

6. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of Alexandra Mohamadi Photography and may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
Clients receive personal-use rights, including printing, sharing on social media, and displaying in personal spaces.
Please credit the Photographer (@altheseecreature) when sharing online.

7. Liability

While every reasonable care will be taken, Photographer is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the session.
Photographer’s liability for any claim, loss, or injury is limited to the fees paid for the session.

8. Model Release

By signing below, Client grants Alexandra Mohamadi Photography permission to use images from the session for the purposes of portfolio display, social media, website, studio samples, marketing materials, and competitions.
No compensation will be provided for such usage.
If you prefer to keep your session private, you may opt out below.

9. Agreement

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and model release, and that you are at least 18 years of age (or the parent/guardian of any minors photographed).
